The new BSTA 200-60BE “Essential” is our latest development which adds a new dimension to companies specializing in the stamping of small and high precision parts.

In those fields where high precision micro parts must be stamped in large numbers, namely in the electronic watch making and automotive industry, things have undergone enormous changes during the past five years. The materials to be stamped became thinner, the speed pitches shorter, the required precision higher, and the pricing pressure stronger. Furthermore, the production following the stamping process, as for instance the assembly of the components or the over-molding of the punched parts requires a higher accuracy and above all - maximum repeatability. With the BSTA 200-60BE, “Essential”, Bruderer is able to fulfill these requirements.
