Transverse eccentric shaft power transmission via a high-precision lever system with 2 connecting rods, perfected mass counterbalancing system and a ram guiding system which ensures maximum tool life. Furthermore, the ingenious design and use of first-class materials enables the ram position to be corrected fully automatically during the production process. This compensates both dynamic and thermal influences and keeps the ram BDC position constant throughout the speed range, resulting in high-precision parts and maximum tool life.

Other features typical of BRUDERER include the central oil supply, a free-standing and service-friendly oil pump and a low-maintenance clutch and brake unit ensure maximum availability of the entire production plant.

BBV/BSV and BZV type feed units can be mounted on the left or right.
