Specifically developed for the production of Bandoleered pins, the DAB 722 features several unique design features.  The wire is decoiled and pushed through the wire straightener using special polyurethane drive rollers. It then travels through a contactless loop control system located directly above the spool.

Using special guides, the wire is then presented to the feed. The result is absolutely no drag on the wire, which produces extremely accurate pins.
