The TPD-1500 is actually two decoilers in one, featuring a pallet decoiler and a core-driven drum decoiler on a single compact machine body. The pallet decoiler is located directly above the traverse decoiler and is loaded via forklift. The drum decoiler is also loaded via forklift, by simply setting the skid between the machine supports or by easily rolling the drum into place.

The strip material is always fed over the deflection roller and into a common strip feed. The material loop control is made contactlessly utilizing an ultrasonic sensor. The key benefit to this machine is significantly reduced changeover time from one type of material to another.
