Trial apprenticeship – the ideal way to decide

What does a mechanical technician actually do? Do you need to be good at maths to become a design engineer? And would you enjoy working as part of a team?

These and many other questions can be answered during a trial apprenticeship, helping students make an informed decision about their future career. Depending on the apprenticeship, a trial apprenticeship lasts between 2 and 4 days.

Start your career at BRUDERER

Professionals don’t just happen – that’s why we place great emphasis on developing young talent. We offer many years of experience in training apprentices, a motivated team of trainers, a large training workshop, a graduation trip, various apprentice events, performance bonuses, an Ostwind travel pass, financial support for electronic devices and much more.

Our Modern Training Workshop for Hands-On Apprenticeship Training

For technical apprenticeships, BRUDERER provides a versatile and modern training workshop. After an intensive training phase, apprentices are already entrusted with productive manufacturing tasks. Our aim is to make training as practical as possible. From the very beginning, apprentices are introduced to key concepts such as quality and meeting deadlines.

Diverse project work during your apprenticeship

We place great emphasis on comprehensive, modern and hands-on training. During their apprenticeship at BRUDERER, our apprentices complete exciting project work across different years and professions. These projects give them the opportunity to gain experience working with others and to demonstrate their technical skills.

Below you will find impressions from our project work.

Internship opportunities for motivated young talents

We are also happy to make our modern infrastructure available for internships upon request. Numerous companies take advantage of this offer year after year. For example, we provide the mandatory workshop internship for apprentice design engineers each year.

We also offer demanding and varied workshop internship opportunities annually for students at ETH who are required to complete such practical training.

«Throughout the entire apprenticeship, we place great emphasis on strong teamwork between trainers and apprentices.»
