Sustainability

Our focus: durability and efficiency for a sustainable future – across generations.

Sustainability throughout the entire lifecycle

Sustainability does not end with production for us. In addition to manufacturing, we specifically consider the operational phase of our stamping presses.

BRUDERER supports customers in optimizing material usage and sustainably reducing emissions per manufactured part.

Our machines stand for durability, high energy efficiency and maximum productivity – creating sustainable added value throughout the entire lifecycle.

ISO 9001 certified

Material selection as a key to CO₂ reduction

In product manufacturing, around 74% of emissions are attributable to purchased raw materials.

Studies show that the environmental impact of stamped components is determined almost entirely by upstream material processes.

Material selection, efficient material usage and the proportion of recycled material are therefore the key levers for reducing CO₂ emissions.

Responsibility that delivers measurable results

Sustainability is a central part of BRUDERER’s corporate strategy – we see our commitment as a long-term responsibility across the entire value chain.

We align ourselves with international climate goals and recognized standards such as ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol (Greenhouse Gas Protocol).

Since 2016, we have reduced our CO₂ emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by more than 40%.

Scope 1 includes direct emissions from our own facilities and processes, while Scope 2 covers indirect emissions from purchased energy.
