Efficient processing – from enquiry to delivery
Contract manufacturing at BRUDERER follows a clearly structured and transparent process that ensures both efficiency and quality. From the quotation stage onwards, customer enquiries are carefully evaluated. Based on technical drawings and 2D or 3D CAD data, the KA team (Capacity Balancing) assesses the economic feasibility of the project and prepares a detailed quotation including delivery information.
A key element of process reliability at BRUDERER is simulation using VERICUT. By virtually verifying NC programs, potential collisions can be identified and eliminated before production begins. This reduces risks, saves time and ensures smooth and reliable machine operation.
Following successful simulation, production is carried out on state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment in accordance with our stringent quality standards. Continuous inspections throughout the entire production process ensure that all components meet the specified requirements.
