Retrofit
Retrofit – our contribution to sustainability. By modernising existing BRUDERER stamping presses, we extend their service life, increase efficiency and productivity, and reduce energy consumption.
Retrofit for BRUDERER stamping presses
Proven precision. Modern control. Future-proof production.
Many BRUDERER high-performance stamping presses have been successfully in operation for decades. Their robust mechanics form the basis for long service life and consistently high precision.
Retrofit projects are planned in close cooperation with the customer to minimise downtime and ensure optimal integration into production – if required, BRUDERER supports this with a machine exchange programme.
When does a retrofit make sense?
- Your stamping press is mechanically in perfect condition
- Spare parts for the control system are becoming scarce
- You want to improve efficiency and operation
- A new machine purchase is not currently planned
Maximise what you have. Secure your future.
Made by BRUDERER.
Your benefits
- Ensure long-term operability
- Existing BRUDERER high-performance stamping presses can be selectively modernised and continue to be used
- Increase process reliability
- Modern control technology supports stable processes and reliable production
- Improve energy efficiency
- Energy consumption can be reduced and operating costs lowered in the long term
- Support sustainability
- Continued use of existing stamping presses conserves resources and reduces the carbon footprint
- Modernise operation
- Intuitive user guidance and modern operating concepts simplify operation
- Cost-effective alternative to new investment
- Modernisation instead of replacement investment – with reduced capital expenditure
The right control system for your stamping press
Electronic components have limited long-term availability. Control retrofit offers a solution.
With a control retrofit, BRUDERER selectively modernises existing stamping presses, bringing them up to the latest state of the art and enhancing their performance – while simultaneously reducing energy consumption. This ensures the long-term operability of proven machines and extends their service life by many additional years.
Depending on the machine model, year of manufacture and initial technical condition, various retrofit solutions are available:
- BR control system
Cost-effective solution for older machines to renew the drive and control system while maintaining the existing range of functions. - BL or B3 control system
Modern control platforms with extended functions and intuitive operation.
